Shipping, Return and Refund Policy

Shipping

- All wetsuits are FREE shipping worldwide.
- All orders over £50 FREE shipping within the UK.
 

Lunasurf will look to despatch your order that day, or if placed on a Sunday, allow for within one working day. If for any reason, there is going to be a delay we will let you know via email.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you  choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please note for size swaps or wetsuit returns you will be paying the return shipping to us at our Lunasurf Returns address.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us by email to info@lunasurf.co.uk with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as we can with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Once we have approved your return we will provide an address to post the unwanted items back too. Once we receive the items and are as described we will replace or refund you in full.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
 
We offer a range of delivery service options for you to select during the checkout process. Then your purchase will be handled and delivered by one of the world’s leading courier companies, who ensure the safe delivery of your product. If you wish to track your parcel you can follow the link in your confirmation email alternatively you can email us quoting your order number, we will happily check the progress of your parcel and report back and send you the links.
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME?
 
Our couriers will leave a card explaining where your package is, along with the package tracking number. Please then follow the instructions on the missed delivery card, to organise collection or a new delivery time with them or a local pick up.
 
 
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED. DO YOU KNOW WHERE IT IS?
 
Very few orders should be delayed but the most common delays are due to: 
 
- A delivery attempt was made, and no one was home. A notification of attempted delivery card should always have been lefy by the courier for you.
- Strike actions (either directly or indirectly)
- Incorrect address details supplied
- Being cleared in a customs border check en route to you.
- Bad weather
 
CAN I COLLECT ITEMS FROM THE WAREHOUSE?
 
No, this is not possible.
 
HOW WILL MY GOODS BE PACKAGED?
 
All orders and goods are packaged with great care. Wetsuits will arrive in a cardboard box. As will most other products such as traction, boots, leashes tc
Please notify us right away if you are unhappy with the condition of your delivery.
 
CAN I REQUEST MY PARCEL BE LEFT IN A SECURE LOCATION BY THE COURIER?
 
You can add notes for any specific delivery details for the courier to follow.
However, in following your request ,Lunasurf transfers all liabilities to the receiver if the item is lost once delivered. This unfortunately means you will be liable for all communication with the courier, and any costs associated in the event of a missing parcel.

Please note: We do not charge UK VAT on our products. The price you see is already UK VAT deducted. UK customers, on inputting your address in full at the checkout, then UK VAT will be applied.

Applicable shipping is displayed during checkout. Please note there is no option to pay duties up front. You will have to pay the VAT & any duties directly. The courier delivering your order, or customs from your country, will text or e-mail you with instructions of how to make the payments. It is really quick and simple.

In most cases the VAT will be roughly equivalent to the UK VAT that we automatically deduct from your order. UK VAT is 20% and most EU countries are between 20% and 23%.

We have no control over local country specific VAT or import duties.

 
 

Brexit - The UK and European Union approved a trade deal December 2020.

Following that, since the start of 2021 our international courier service has resumed full shipping services again from the UK to all countries in the EU.
