Whilst Lunasurf.co.uk will try to ensure that prices on the web site are accurate, we are not responsible for errors that may occur, e.g. currency conversion. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel the order. The price of all goods are inclusive of any applicable UK taxes including UK VAT. The price does not include any importation taxes applicable outside of the United Kingdom. Please also be aware that Import taxes may be payable on Black Flys sunglasses as these products are dispatched from the USA.
No part of this site can be copied or re-used in any way without the written permission of Lunasurf.co.uk; this includes everything in the retail section and within any editorial based content.

By filling out any form, whether it is registration or an order form on the lunasurf.co.uk website means that you are happy with us storing your details on a secure server. You will not be contacted unless you opt in to receive our news letter with offers and products from lunasurf.co.uk, which may be of interest to you. We will not pass on your details to any third parties.
When an order is placed an automatic e-mail will be sent confirming that your order has been placed. This e-mail does not constitute as a contract between lunasurf.co.uk and yourself in anyway. It also doesn’t guarantee that the order can be processed or the goods are available.
We take the all personal detail security seriously and employ the latest data encryption and secure management of all details, to make sure your details are secure at all times.
Lunasurf.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal data or misuse of personal data in any way resulting from unauthorised access to said details.
Shipping – Delivery - Returns
All products, special offers or sale items on the site are subject to all terms and conditions and availability at the time of order. Lunasurf.co.uk reserves the right to withdraw a product from sale at anytime without notice. Likewise specifications such as sizes, colours and styles may become unavailable at any time and may be unavailable despite them being listed on the site.
Unless stated as offering free delivery, such charges apply to all items purchased from lunasurf.co.uk.
Your order will either be delivered using Royal Mail/Jersey post or an associated courier service.
United Kingdom – A flat rate fee of £2.95 FREE for orders over £70.00 FREE on all Surfboard fins and wetsuits.
UK orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day.
Europe - £8.90 P&P FREE Shipping on fins and wetsuits
Worldwide - £14.90 P&P FREE Shipping on fins and wetsuits
For bulky or heavy items we reserve the right to change the cost of postage to cover any excess fees incurred these prices will be shown during the checkout process.
Delivery to the Channel Islands and mainland UK usually takes between 1-3 working days these times cannot be guaranteed. Outside the UK delivery times vary and we will notify you of these at the time your order has been confirmed.
Deliveries cannot be dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays, thus orders placed on these days will incur a delay before postage. Likewise on or after the 20th of December all dispatches fall into the Christmas period and therefore normal delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
If an item has not arrived during the stated time we will do our uttermost to find out exactly where that item is. Items do go missing in the post though and should the item not arrive after 14 working days we will send a replacement. Please allow extra time for orders outside the UK
All items may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Any item that is returned must be in as new condition. Clothing, accessories and Wetsuits may be tried on but must not be used in anyway if they are to be returned. All original packaging and tags must also be returned with the item intact. You as the purchaser are also responsible for the return postage of items. Instructions will be included with your order and you should follow them as some return address maybe different. No returns will be accepted without prior notification. Once the item has been received by us and meets the above criteria a refund less the postage cost will be issued.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
If there is a problem with an order we will contact you as soon as possible with an alternative, an expected availability date or a full refund.
Payment
While all reasonable care is taken to protect the confidentiality of your payment card details, Lunasurf.co.uk cannot be liable if, through no fault of its own, these details are intercepted and used by third parties.
We accept - Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, JCB, Maestro, American Express and Pay Pal through a secure third party payment gateway (SagePay)
We aim to debit money from your account at the time of order and thus orders will be dispatched at the first possible opportunity.
We take any form of fraud very seriously and any attempt to defraud lunasurf.co.uk or our customers will be pursued to the limit of the law.
